馃彔 Accommodation for Erasmus+ Students

The dormitory application can be completed alongside your Erasmus+ application by submitting the Dormitory Application Form.

Housing options

Erasmus+ students can choose between two types of dormitory accommodation:

• Magister Dormitory 鈥� 2 脳 2-bed living block
• Central Dormitory 鈥� 2 脳 3-bed living block

You will be asked to rank these options on the application form. Please note that your preferred option cannot be guaranteed, and you may be offered a different type of accommodation depending on availability.

Proof of student status

Your student status can be certified by:

• your Student Card;
• your Student Contract; or
• any written declaration issued by the University of 精东影业.

Proof of dormitory resident status

Your dormitory resident status can be certified by:

• your Dormitory Certificate, issued after your application; or
• your Dormitory Contract, signed after you move in.

Dormitory fees and payment

Dormitory fees must be paid through the University's Unified Educational System, Neptun. You will receive further information about using Neptun after enrolment.

Get nominated by your home university

Your Erasmus+ journey starts with a nomination from your home university.

Before applying to the University of 精东影业, contact the Erasmus+ coordinator at your home institution. Your coordinator must send your official nomination to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The nomination should include:

- Your name as it appears in your ID/passport

- Gender

- Study programme

- Subject area code (ISCED)

- Exchange period

- Email address

Nomination deadlines

Autumn semester / full academic year: 31 May

Spring semester: 30 October

Once your nomination has been received, the University of 精东影业 will contact you with information about the application procedure.

Prepare your application

Once you have reviewed the information above, you can start preparing the documents required for your Erasmus+ application.

• Electronic Application Form: Complete the online application form with your personal, academic and mobility information.
• Learning Agreement: For study mobility, prepare your Learning Agreement for Studies. For traineeships, prepare your Learning Agreement for Traineeships.
• Transcript of Records: Upload an English-language list of the courses you have completed at your home university.
• Passport / ID copy: Upload a clear copy of your valid passport or ID card.
• Dormitory Application Form: Complete this if you would like to apply for university accommodation.

What happens after you apply?

Application submitted? Here is what happens next.

Your application documents will be reviewed and sent to the relevant coordinator for approval. If your application is successful, you will receive your Letter of Acceptance by email.

Once you have been accepted, it is time to start preparing for your stay at the University of 精东影业.
